What You’ll Do

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll:

• Tell the Story of Fun: Create dynamic, entertaining, and inspiring content for Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook that captures the essence of FaajiFinder.
• Be Trendy & Timely: Spot the hottest trends in nightlife, food, and events, and creatively weave them into our content.
• Engage Like a Pro: Foster a loyal online community by interacting with followers, responding to comments, and sparking engaging conversations.
• Plan & Execute: Design social media campaigns that celebrate experiences, highlight partners, and grow our audience.
• Measure & Improve: Track social performance metrics and continuously tweak strategies to maximize growth, reach, and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Vibe Creators: Work alongside the design, marketing, and partnerships team to keep the content fresh, authentic, and aligned with our brand voice.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Be FaajiFinder's eyes and ears for emerging social media trends, tools, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or related roles.
• A proven track record of creating viral and engaging social campaigns.
• Proficiency with social media tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, or Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
• A deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook trends and best practices.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut) are a bonus.
